Hi Gurus,
My PD is Aug 2005 (EB2 India). Last year, during September - October my case was picked up and I think it is processed, but because of lack of visa numbers, the case was not approved. (I wrote a senator letter, he got back saying that the file is processed and waiting for visa numbers)
Now, I got 2 offers. First one is a fulltime position and 2nd one is a contract with a primary vendor (directly working on W2 using EAD). I haven't decided which one to join.
What are the options, I have? Do I need to file AC21? Since my file is already processed and waiting for the PD to become current, am I OK, even if I don�t apply for AC21? If I file AC21 and if the job descriptions are not matching or because of any other issues, if there is an RFE, I will be having some issues.
Gurus please let me know your thoughts.

I am a chinese. My company would like to support my green card applicaion this year. I also plan to be married this year or early next year. My wife is a F1 student from china.
As I know that my wife can be a dependent in my green card application. If I start the green card application process from next month, is it ok that I add a wife as my green card application dependent if we get married at around Nov 2011.
How to handle the GC application and marriage in a good way? I means any schedule or trick I need pay attention on.

Hi,
I had applied for GC through my husband s employer for EB1 category. Recently USCIS websites has updated on its site regarding our case that I485 has been approved but I765 has been denied. Currently we are on L1/L2 visa. Has anyone faced such a situation? And what does this signify?

Lots of activity to report. Congressional Hispanic Caucus leaders met this week with President Obama who said he wants a vote during the Lame Duck and would work the phones to round up votes. We used to be in immi.com and murthy.com venting out how broken the immi process is and IV rose to provide direction and the lobbying effort admists incessant anti immigration forces.A new effort that take Guts to do ..that too being voulnteers!
Being a IV core member is a tiresome, thankless job...but still they continue to plough thro rocks..with meager funds and bunch of negative members..
Feb 15 will come and Go....we still need to work on getting our provisions into CIR...whether it passes or not this year..we still need our provisions to get into it..one cannot miss the window of oppurtunity...
Work will continue...be it Feb 15 or Aug 15..

My situation is: I'm still waiting to file for I-485 with approved PERM and I-140. I'll get married right after I submit my I-485 when visa number is available and petition for her I-485. Can my future wife in China take consular processing in US consulate in China while I'm just waiting for approval in US? Normally, does she get it earlier than me since she'd ask for consular processing?

What is Image Croping? U need to understand that! The area which you will select will give you the x y co-ordinates which should be fed into the LockBit method this method will retutn a pointer. Yes the code will be unsafe but it will work i did it. Now Use the scan0 property then increment the pointer [0] for green [1] for blue [2] red and copy to any another file which will become your new croped image.
